The situation

Harrys is a beautiful industrial bakery brand born in Châteauroux, owned by a group where innovation is a strategic lever, but most often managed at a high level.

The R&D department wanted to make its process more collaborative, by engaging teams beyond silos.

our intervention

Animating an Alter'Storming© of innovation, to feed the innovation pipeline with new concepts with high potential based on consumer insights and an inspiring benchmark.

Synthesis of existing studies, review of AlterFoodTrends © trends, cracking of areas of innovation with potential, and animation of collaborative workshops involving around thirty employees and profiles of inspiring external makers.
